Ok...I had no intentions on going to see it as I was never interested in the Transformers whatsover. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Good action throughout. One thing though I could have sworn I saw a Halifax class frigate in the battlegroup footage near the end, if you go see it or have seen it watch for it.

Did you get your transformer toy handout?..

I saw it the other day, also I was surprised. Gonna buy me a 2008 Camaro now.

You need a yellow camaro... duh... didn't you watch the movie? :D

Same here...  I might have to watch it again to find out.  :)  Great flick though.

What more could you ask of a movie?
Giant alien robots - check
Military porn - check
Kick ass cars - check
Hot women - check

It totally rocked, going again Wednesday.

Ah huh.... and was there a HLVW robot too? I am sure the folks at the MIR 5th level will help you out. Just keep talking...  ;D

as someone who really enjoyed the show growing up, I loved the movie....

Abosulutely no one give away the ending!  :tsktsk:

i could send u the script for the ending and wouldn't ruin a thing  ;D so freaking awesome...gotta see it again

I know the thread's a little dated but.  OMG!!!!!  Just got back from taking the kids to the show and we were basically speechless for the whole thing.  Kids loved it and I'm not ashamed to say that I haven't felt like that watching a movie since I was a little gaffer seeing Star Wars for the first time.  Astounding cinematography and SFX.  Bumblebee rocks!

Maybe it's just the Air Force geek in me but it really bothered me that the carriers were loaded with F-14s which were all decommissioned last year. They should have been super hornets!

That's because F-14s are immensely cooler. ...geek.

That would be 'Navy geek.'  ;)

Haha, while accurate, I'm far more interested in the aircraft themselves as opposed to the airports that float beneath them ;)

Don't worry, one day you'll grow up. :)
