Trudeau Popularity - or not. Nanos research

...or any other statue of Canada, which means he is NOT a war criminal in the eyes of the law. Labelling him as such, in the absence of a formal actionable accusation or conviction, is improper.

This, however, renders him ineligible and SHOULD HAVE precluded his eventual, retroactive promotion to BGen, IMO. Some career stains can not be washed clean.

Yes, he was. There were no grounds to deny him an honourable release.
Nuanced take - good stuff.

"War criminal" may be a bit far, but like "traitor" these days, sometimes it's in the eye of the beholder - and can be stretched according to said eye.

Another data point showing that the federal government is bad at doing federal stuff. Trudeau and the Minister of Justice have no one to blame but themselves for this. This is exclusively within their control.

"Exclusive control." No meddling or obstructionist premiers. No NIMBY local councillors. No pesky or even hostile foreign governments. Not even a trusted ally putting limits on what we can do with intelligence they share with us. Appointing judges to the superior courts is something that only Trudeau and his justice minister can do, and indeed, something that no one can stop them from doing. They haven't done it well enough, and though they are making appointments, there are still dozens of vacancies.

When your minister of "Justice" is an incompetent and you fired the only good one.....

Someone needs to take a hint.

You can always count on the NDP to eventually do the right thing... a day late and a dollar short; and usually when they have exhausted every other avenue.

I love it when you can watch the rats vacating the premises. It may be the politically most obvious escape issue but it is still interesting that he stuck with the libs over all the ethical issues yet bails on the dollar ones.
I’m actually kinda surprised he remembered figured out who traditionally buttered the NDP’s bread.

The PPC's only goal in the last two elections was to deny the CPC a win.
They didn’t come remotely close to doing that. I ran the numbers. The LPC margin was far too high for PPC votes to make a difference in any but a handful of seats and certainly not to the balance of parliamentary power.

Aye.

Arguably (or not?), the the PRC had more effect in the last election than the PPC…
