Hey everyone! I was wondering, since i have just turned 16 I wanted to know what would be what would be better for my application to RMC, a military backround in the Reserves or a semi military approach with Cadets, With Cadets though I would be doing the Para course. My marks are pretty solid and I'm in enriched , I'm completely bilingual and I am in pretty good shape. I would really appreciate any info on RMC other than what the site gives and any tips, I am quite conviced that a career in the army would be a great life(I love cadets and my family has a backround inĀ  the army). Thank-you very much, and I hope you guys could help me out

RMC has been discussed at length. Start with this thead for 175 comments on RMC from forum members:

RMC - http://army.ca/forums/threads/23377.0.html

Then I would sugest you review relevant threads on recruiting and officers in the Recruiting FAQ -

Recruiting FAQ - http://army.ca/forums/threads/21101.0.html

After you have reviewed and synthesized the available information on officer recruiting through RMC, please feel free to ask specific questions, or to add to the relavant threads.

And you may find the search page here: http://army.ca/forums/index.php?action=search;advanced
