I am a current member of the Primary Reserve, and this year I applied and was accepted to RMC.. My question is regarding the supposed "Right To Pay" that exists, saying that (apparently) you can‘t be paid less as an OCdt that your current rank.. Does anyone know anything about this? I‘ve checked the DIN repeadedly, but finding anything there is seems impossible at times. I know if you CFR, you keep your pay, but does this apply to Reservists? If anyone can answer or point me in the right direction to look, I‘d appreciate it. Thanks..
