NEED HELP!

I need someone to tell me how to complete to reference portion of the application. There was a booklet that comes with it but it didn't tell me anything! I got a sheet of paper to put names and addreses and what not , but I was told by someone else that you have to get people to write a letter. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I was never told about any letter requirement.  I put the names of three non relation contacts, and their phone numbers and when they could be reached.  The CFRC called them as part of my application processing and did a little half an hour interview on my character/ work habits/ positive & negative personality traits and so on.

Best thing to do, just call the Canadian Forces Recruitment Centre and ask!
