Might I also add here that the CDS coin actually does mean something.
He doesn't give many out and the nomination process is quite drawn out...at least from what I saw.
It's pretty much the supervisors putting forward a soldier who they think is deserving and why, from there it goes up the CoC and they get vetted.
Out of over 700 boots on ground in Jullian prior to the road move, only 10 got one.
Hence if I meet someone who has one....the norm is a good "pat on the back" and "Well done you".
