I worked with Rick Huggatt in the mid 90s while posted in Edmonton together. He has since retired and last I heard was still living in Edmonton. I ran in to him, by chance in the summer of 2004.
Hope it's ok to resurrect an almost 6-year-old topic with basically no new info, but I just searched for Rick's name and this came up. I served with him in Edmonton in the mid-90s too; learned a lot from him. After I moved away I've wondered how he's doing. Maybe someone out there knows & is at liberty to say!
