CPAOs

As far as I can see, some of them do still exist, but they're hard to find.

They are being phased out, into DAODs, like CFAOs

For example - CPAO 9.01 Employee Training has been superceeded by DAOD 5031-50 Civilian Learning and Professional Development.

Where possible, they're amalgamating the CPAOs and CFAOs.  Before, even if the policy was the same for both groups, there was a separate CFAO and a CPAO. Now,  some DAODs apply to CAF members only, some to DND employees only, and some to CAF members and DND employees. 
 
Do you know on the top of your head where 6.28 went?  I've been looking on the QR&O's and DAODs, but it hasn't popped up yet...
