Individuals, organizations, may be commemorated on engraved paving stones for a donation towards the construction of the bronze statue that will occuply a stunning location on Wharf Street. This is a gift to the Navy from the community at large that will be dedicated by BCs Lt.-Gov at noon on May 4 when Maritime Forces Pacific exercises "Freedom of the City" in a parade of 2,000 led by the Commander MARPAC through downtown Victoria.
