1st Battalion, Nova Scotia Highlanders accepting Infantry?

Hey people, I was wondering if any of you happened to be members of the Highlanders, and if you know whether or not they're accepting recruits? The website says that they're accepting recruits with open arms, while another one of my friends who is actually in the regiment says that the Infantry trade is over capacity? I don't really know who to believe, seeing as how I can't contact the regiment itself; you guys are my next best thing. Any answers are appreciated.

Now why would you join a unit your not in direct contact with? Do you not think it would be better to get the correct information from the unit rather then heresay?

Hey guys, just for some closure. I called the recruiter, they're still accepting. Time to go meet him for my interview and begin my time in the Canadian Forces
