Reading all of this stuff about what fighter people think we should get makes me wonder, if there wasn't all of these issues and obstacles to overcome to get a specific aircraft what actually is the best fighter out there to date?

I cant say forsure as I have no gone through the process but I think you would have to give up the co-op to join the military and take the non co-op program. Think of the military as the co-op, working during the summer and even getting paid to go to school during the school year.

yeah its outstanding stuff. I am a strength and conditioning coach and I use his methods on all of my clients and not a single one suffers from back pain or stability issues.... and they have all gotten extremely strong cores.

to add to that... Sit-ups can be more of a hip flexor exercise than an abdominal exercise. Anytime the feet are strapped in or someone is pushing them down, you have successfully turned it into more of a hip flexor exercise. Squats, is actually an outstanding CORE training exercise. Also front...
