Sure. It would feature the remainders of the NDP, holding a meeting to discuss how to extend Charter protection to " persons of Zombie persuasion", to ensure they were not discriminated against. The CAW would attempt to organize the Zombies. The PQ would strike a committee to find a proper French translation for zombie.
And the special effects budget would have about 1.80 in it, so the zombies would only be notionally discussed.

The only similarity I can see between the trailer and the book is the name. I was really excited for World War Z and I think it would have been far better served as an HBO miniseries style where each episode is following the many different stories as opposed to "Brad Pitt saves the world".
Instead of slow, shambling zombies whos only real power is sheer numbers and unending persistence, we get these swarming ant-like super human creatures leaping through the air, overturning buses, and scaling fortifications.
Who knows, maybe I'm all wrong and Brad Pitt is some journalist following various stories, and maybe we'll get looks at things like average families surviving in Canadas winter, The rogue sub becoming a floating island home, the "vaccine" scandals, and all the things that made the book awesome. But I have to be honest, I've got a feeling it's going to be a lot more "OMG ACTION AHH!" and much less the varied stories of humanity doig what it could that made the book great. Hopefully Max Brooks got enough money to make completely bastardizing his book and going against all of the "rules" he set down worth it.
