What occurs after completion of the the Officer Review Board (Reserves)?

Hi,

I'm joining the Reserves and had the Officer Review Board meeting over a month ago. I thought it went very well but I've heard nothing back- no feeback or status. On the online portal it states: Applicant Process Status: Final Processing.

Any idea what this status means or what I can expect at this point?
