I passed the physical, CFAT, security clearance and got all my required documents into the CF (going for Reg Force MP and Infantry)  Now I was told I had to wait for a 'PDA Board' that sits every two weeks.

What do these guys do?  Do they determine who gets to be in the final stages of the recruiting process. (For example, who gets to do the Medical and Interview).

What do they base their results on?

It is actually called a PDC (prior determination committee) and its purpose is to evaluate and prioritize applicant files based upon current recruiting requirements.  Not all centres use this committee.  The results are based upon all the information that you provided.

Thanks for the info Koach.  It is interesting how some recruiting centers have the PDC board while others do not...
