Ahhh, I am seriously calling in a fire mission on this waste of bandwidth.

Infanteer why can‘t you be nice. You are always saying rude stuff. So just take a tictac or a chill pill.

I‘m afraid he‘s right, there‘s little or no value to this thread. Moving to Off Topic...

And WHY MUST YOU START THREAD WITH ALL CAPS

I am motioning we go to radio silence on this frequency....

Ummm...I think scarlino was referring to you, ex-stratson....

My advice, try listening to the people that have been here awhile, and dont try to insult them.

Also, stop making a thread every few mins.

I have to hand it to Ex-strats son for asking such questions. The replies that he gets make my day after a couple hard swim practices and banging my head against the wall in programming clases. He makes me feel smart!

Ummm. What kind of planes?

I‘m a little bit torn on answering this question, as I agree with Infanteer that strats son is trolling.

However, I think it fair to note that after flying in many types of aircraft, both as self loading baggage, crew, and PIC, that far and away my favourite aircraft is the one that takes me home after a deployment.

Remember each and every one of them fondly.

Now, has anyone thought about how old ex-strats‘ son is?? If he is young and impressionable, then maybe we shouldn‘t be slamming him in the way that the much more mature people on here are doing? We should be taking the initiative and pointing him in the right direction with his posts, maybe he does not know better. I believe some people are coming across as "(fill in the blank)". What kind of image of the forces is that? Not a good one I imagine..

Bzz

Bzz,

I responded like I did because the quality of this board, which is quite good right now, would quickly denegrate to useless if peppered by 12 year olds asking if we like to shoot guns. This detracts from the intent of the board and scares off potential posters (with military experience) who would otherwise have much to contribute. To do so would lead to a circus side-show such as the official Army bulletin board that was recently shut down.

If a poster cannot contribute with questions or insights in any meaningful way, then he/she is probably too young or immature to be using up bandwidth.

PS. The kid has a US Congressional Medal of Honor posted in his profile and lists his occupation as pilot in the Canadian Military. Is this matter going to be dealt with?
