Hello,

My name is Maj Tim Halfkenny.  MWO George Halfkenny is my father.  He CFR'd in the late 1980s and served as a staff officer in the Reserve Force HQ in Moncton until his retirement in 1995.  He still resides in Riverview, New Brunswick.
