Upgrading Skills during contract....

I'm wondering if someone can explain how it works if someone is serving their contract and during that time earns their degree by whatever means, at what point can you apply for an officer psition?
Would you have to finish your contract or can you apply and then be enrolled as officer.

I really am unclear on this yet i know people have made the switch in one way or another.

You can go from NCM to officer in various ways.

Do a search on;

1- CFR (Commissioned From the Ranks)

2- CEOTP (Continuing Education Occupational Transfer

3- UTPNCM (University Training Plan Non-Commissioned Member)

If your not in yet or in the reserves check out
4- ROTP (Regular Officer training programme)
