After chatting on the phone last week to a Recruiter of the Reserve unit I wanted my file transferred to, I asked him a question regarding some issues that might affect me getting accepted, he said leave it with him and he would call back, which he did, and said he spoke with the Unit Commander and to inform me my situation would not affect it at all, maybe some questions that's all.
Now I also hear from the File Manager that the Career Counselor will look over my file and process it.
Here's the question, who exactly is the person who gives the thumb up or down(acceptable or denied) File manager, Career Counselor or Unit Commader? Or is it a combination?
Looks like a few people involved in the process and curious to know who makes that final choice?
No biggie, just curious on who is who in this Process, and what roles they play in my file.
