Shoot to Live Program / SAT directly to PWT ?

Given the recent changes with the new Shoot to Live Program, that have been implemented this past FY, essentially removing all of the :bullet:  live rge prac rds  :bullet:  between SAT (no live rds)  and PWT1(25 rds)/2 & 3.....What are the opinions here, as to the impact on shooting skills, WRT C7 & C9 , skill fade and the resultant pass/failure rates ?

Keeping in mind, in "Reduced Readiness";
a. an infanteer gets 154 rds PWT 1-2-3; and
b. non-infantry get 25 rds (PWT 1)

I know what the stats say, but I'm interested in hearing from the trench.

We've decided to contine along with the last version of PWT(modified slightly) along with increased use of our SAT room. Only shooting the new PWT 1 live doesn't keep up our skills. The old PWT 1 covers our new requirements with only minimal ammo and logistics impact to give a wider experience (firing from 200m).
