Questions About Application

I've looked over the forum and cant seem to find the answers..Maybe I'm just bad with my searches ... I got my application in the mail and I got a few questions

1) Where it says "indicate three desired occupations"...Would these be specific? (like sniper) or would they be more general (like infantry, armoured soldier)

2)For the reference's. Do I NEED three? Or could I just have one or two? Does it matter if none of them for employers? (I've never had a job)

3)How long after I hand in my application will I begin actual training?

1) They mean what three trades are you interested in (sniper is a specialist skill in the infantry, not a trade).

2)  Ask at the CFRC, but if they want three, it's best to have three.

3)  Somewhere between 2 months and 3 years, depending on many factors.  See the many threads on slow recruiting processes in the recruiting forum.
