NCM Res. to ROTP Civi U Salary

Is it true if you enter ROTP as a res. NCM you retain your salary and thus get paid the yearly salary of your rank rather than that of cadets?

Secondly, when they say you are paying back your degree during the 5 years service, are you paying it back with actual money or do they consider serving 5 years as payment for the degree?

You get paid the RegF equivalent of your 'Mo rank.

When they say paying back your degree, they mean paying it back by serving. You only owe money if you leave before your obligatory service is over.
