I came across this by happenstance this morning as I was looking for some information on the RCL Newfoundland Provincial Command website. I knew Nathan Lehr thirty years ago. We served together in 4 Fd Amb; he was the CSM Adm Coy.
I have good memories of working with him, some serious but more on the lighter side. I was aware that he had been the President of the NL RCL from seeing a news report a couple of years ago about the Newfoundland Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and had thought about contacting him when I was downhome next week (unfortunately to bury my brother).
RIP, Sgt Major
