MP Rating

This isn't a thread involving the meaning of the term. I know what MP Rating is.

I just called the CFRC and asked about my application. I was told that I have a "pretty good military potential rating".

My phone must have cut off at some point. I heard "2 out of 3". He might have said 23, 33, 43, etc... But he insisted that it was "really good".

Anyone have any experience or expertise on this matter?
