Dans son discours d'adieu lundi, le secrétaire général sortant des Nations unies, Kofi Annan, a critiqué l'administration du président américain George W. Bush, avertissant la première puissance mondiale contre un renoncement à ses idéaux démocratiques en temps de guerre.


Ils auraient du les critique avant qu’il quitte.

You have undermined all efforts by Israel to secure its land.
On your watch the UN Atomic watchdog has let North Korea go nuclear and is doing the same for Iran .
You have been unable to reform the UN.
You have failed to censure China and iran on human rights records.
