How's this?

Its a good start given, most bmq pers showing up have no pre-running training but you should be able to run 11 km in an hour by the end of your training to make pt in your future unit alot easier.

Oh, I plan to. I actually ran easier around my block on the street than on the track at my school. I did about 7 minutes of running because I just ate and had to go to the bathroom, but I knew I could have done the other 5 minutes... I wasnt all too tired.
 
Although it is a good start, you should have started preparing well in advance. With that being said, good luck with your career in the Forces!
