Engineering officer admission

Hi,
I have a bachelor of urban planning and currently doing a  masters of civil engineering. I would like to know what are my chances of being admitted to the engineering officer position ? I know it depends on the needs of the army, nevertheless, here is my situation ;

I have completed both tests (physical and the one on the computer) and i've met with the person responsible of the unit i'm interested in. Yesterday, i've been told that the personne studying my file allowed me to pursue the career IF the person i've met accepts as well. So here is my question, what are my chances of being admitted ? I know that when I met that person, it was a succesfull interview and he took notes and everything. What should I expect ?
