Dan or Don Latter

Some time ago, I read and copied a poem somewhere from the site by Dan or Don Latter which I have put to a photo of a repat parade and made a poster of remembrance of.  It detailed a Soldiers sacrifice to Peace with numbers dating back to WW2, I found it very profound and thought provoking.
  If anyone knows of this person, I would like his permission {if any is required} to make copies and / or post it on this site. Contact in open or PM me.
