Good day!  I am just wondering how AVOTP program works and are you able to keep your current paid level if you OT to a different trades?  I heard some of the trades drop you right to Cpl paid but some of the trades allow you to keep your paid after OT.  I am getting different answers from different sources and getting confuse.  Doesn't seems like anyone have a clue.  I also heard CSOR will be a trade next year therefore all mbrs need to follow AVOTP process to apply.  Does that means you will be drop down to cpl paid after you get accept?  Please be advice.  Thanks very much.

There is no vested right to pay with AVOTP. You drop to Corporal and paid as such.
