OK for my second thread, I'm 16 and I'm looking to get into the forces but i think i will go for reserve forces for now so i can get my education do they allow you in with out a grade 10? or do i need to even get into reserves?, i would like to know in the reserve forces, is training in terms of drills like the main forces? am i allowed to go to an outside school or do i have to go to a school on base  how often a week do they drill, what is expected, is medical screening different, what situations might i be in? and anything else you think might be useful to me please post anything at all even if you think its not important about schooling, recruitment, training, standards etc  i don't  have grade 10 education ATM due to a medical reason i am working on the education, but preferably i would like to go in as a captain, what level of education is required for this? and if i join the reserves am i able to be promoted and carry that promotion to the main forces i have spent ages on the net looking for stuff relating to this but nothing but hints

over all anything at all about the reserve forces and promotions please post  thank you. :salute:

This was not the first time you were so WARNED.

Remember this: I would like to know?  Perhaps it is time that you heeded the above suggestion (for the second time) or we will be forced to follow up with disciplinary actions (Read about the WARNING System).
