I found another site with some of the same photos, and allot more. It is interesting to note the extent of the work that was done in color during the first world war both from the French though numerous experimenters and also the Australians through the work of  Frank Hurley.

WOW, incredible    Really gives the Great War a different perspective than the old black and white.  Really adds dimension, thanks for posting
