When will Canada not need a Military (WARNING, PLEASE READ FIRST)

This is my response to the question:

Why does Canada need an Army / Navy / Airforce ?



In a perfect world, Canada, or anyother country would not need an armed force when:



World Peace is accomplished
Terrorism is eradicated
Everyone gets along
Natural disaster stop
Human smuggling is stopped
No one got lost ( search and rescue)
No cities need evacuating



In other words, Canada, will ALWAYS need an armed forces, which is why we will always have them.
