Weekend BMQ, I now realize this is categorized wrong

Weekend BMQ? I unfortunately missed out on the summer on training due to a medical mishap. I'm just wondering to pick your brains on the weekend  BMQ, I searched the threads and couldnt find anything really relevant or more current than 2006. What is the load like and do you feel that you receive training on par with those who do the reserve course full time over the summer? I'd love to get my BIQ/SQ done next summer and therefore I need to consider doing a weekend BMQ. I'm starting university in the fall but seeing as it is my first year my course load is not exactly heavy. any advice you have would be great. or at least a point in the right direction.
