Wanted Recce Flag

Hi,

Looking to get my hand on a Infantry Recce Flag. Can't seem to find anything on the net... the logo is basically a parachute with wings and a arrow pointing down, with a Banner that reads Oculi et quae.

If anyone has any leads please let me known,
