Saw an interview with this guy on TV last night on CTV. Apparently cost him 15K to set everything up...all at a dare by his neighbour for Y2K...His display has been growing ever since. You should have seen the electrical panel that he had installed this summer to keep up with the requirements!! Holy smoke...it could run Gagetown!!

From what I have heard, this is merely a simple task you can do on Adobe Photo Shop. I haven't tried it yet myself. My house isn't decorated enough outside, however, I'm sure there is no way this could be possible. Yes, there is blinking lights but I think this may be over the top. Looks cool ....

As stated by RN PRN - I checked him out on www.snopes.com - my source for all things fantastical.

They've got song title there and everything.  Including a link to one of his other displays.  He's an electrical engineer, and on his own webpage lists the instructions for setting up such a display.

Also, to reduce the noise pollution, the music is transmitted via low power FM signal so you can pick it up on your car stereo as you drive by.
