I figured this would be the appropriate place to ask this question, if not I apologize. I'm going to be in Vancouver for Remembrance day, and so will be going to the ceremony in downtown. I'm just a civilian and will just be going to observe. I was wondering if anyone knows approximately what time the ceremony at the Victory Cenotaph has ended in the past as I'm trying to arrange to meet up with a friend who's schedule is tight and want to see if I'm able to get to where I would be meeting her in time after the ceremony or not. Any info is much appreciated.
