Urine test

What does it look for? I have to go for it in about 3 weeks. I used to be a huge pothead,but quit almost amonth ago and havent touchedit since. if they ask should I tell them I used to smoke, and will it be out of mysystem by tthen. and what will they do if the find it in my piss,even though I told them?
