Topographic Map North Africa - 1941

Other than going to the Imperial War Museum or the Public Record Office (now the National Archives) in the UK and searching through their map holdings, does anyone know where I might find a source for a 1941 topographic map of Egypt? The reference is SIDI BARRANI Sheet B 1:100,000.

I am constructing a biographical study of Graham Thomson Lyall, VC. In October/November 1941 he was commanding the 87th Lines of Communication Sub Area in this locality. I would like to obtain photo copies of the areas showing GR 590331

Thanks Spr Earl. Logau and I used to have coffee every morning at NDHQ in the 1980s. I had a few "Blues" with him in a pub last October, and exchange emails regularly. He is an amazing resource.
