Sup Res to Reg transfer?

I have a simple question to any recruiter, I've talked to the local people but what more information.

I was trained to Phase 3 Log Officer, no specialization training and decided to take a Civilian job, Could not complete my duty and decided to transfer to the Supplementary reserves.

I have been "out" for one year and now would like to know if I can transfer to the Reg force in Logistics?  When I asked the local recruiter they stated there was no openings for this trade and that it would be about 12 months before they would be accepting applications. 

I'm kicking myself for not doing my Phase 4 training when I had the chance!!

I have a Business degree and 5 years work experience(give or take), I held security clearance and worked in a squadron prior to my transfer.

Do I have to go thought the regular recruitment process like I originally did?
How long is my BMOQ qualifications and my other training good for?

I was very happy with my service in the reserves and want to serve a long more fulfilling duration.
