Who cares if they lined up like that.. he could shoot 6 reload and shoot 6 again before most *thugs* would know what was going on.

You can nit pick all you want "Frankie", a person with those skills/ability/reflex's would have a 500%
better chance to bring down several Armed Assailants than you or I.
It is apparent that you haven't considered or are aware that LEO's, can enter a situation with drawn weapons and in different stances.
