Would snoring be a problem in traing and real life as far as noise discipline goes in the feild

I wouldnt worry about it, im sure everyone in the military has spent atleast one night in a tent/barrack/vehicle with someone who can suck the paint off the walls with their snoring. However depending on your loudness you should expect getting the occasional boot thrown your way.As for tactical scenarios, theres not much you can do, also when people who dont normally snore are sleep deprived and then get some shuteye, they tend to snore. You may want to look into the surgery if it bothers you(or others) too much.

Yes snoring could be a problem tactically. If you were making unnecessary noise you would be constantly awoken. By changing your sleeping position you may be able to control your snoring.
In the barracks it may also cause you problems if severe and constant.
