For a long time, I have been searching for Colonel F.W. Fisher who served in the
army (maybe in the second war). My father was a army objects collector and
bought in the seventy years a pair of binoculars that was the propriety of
Colonel Fisher.
After the death of my father, in 1982, I inherited those memorable things
