I just got into sault colleges aviation program,
I can't believe how amazingly subsidized it is, like 35000 of government money,
anyway I was wondering if there are any reserve units around there,
What is housing like around that way?

49th Field regiment is there as well as a Service Battalion IIRC. I graduated from there in 2000. Housing is pretty good, I lived in the P-Patch (called so because every street name starts with a P). It's about a 5 min walk to the college. I boarded with a couple while I was there, there are quite a few people around the area that rent out basements and bedrooms, or if you know a couple other people in your program, you could rent a whole house or half a duplex. Rent was around $300 per person when I was there, in all different types of living arrangements.

Yeah, and get a 3.99 with 58 people getting a 4.0 GPA, waste a whole year and not get to fly.

In the Sault, if you get a 3.0 GPA, you fly, period.
