Sapper associations for WW2 and Korea?

Hello everyone

My Dad served with the 18th Field Company, RCE in WW2 and the 57 Independent Field Squadron, RCE in Korea.

Are there Sapper associations or unit reunions regarding these units where I could write to people who knew my Dad?

Also, does anyone have any other suggestions as to the best ways to contact the Sappers who knew my Dad?

As always, the imput and replies from the members would be appreciated!
