Revision Military Ballistic Plates for FPV?

Hello, I would like to ask about the current Revision Military Ballistic Plates issued with your FPVs. Are you issued a rectangular plate for the back and the truncated corner plate for the front? I've tried fitting both SPEAR BALCS and ESAPI Large Plates in a Large FPV. The rear pocket will fit a 10x12 shooter cut but that same plate will not fit in the front. Ideally if I can find the measurements for the Medium and Large plates, (not asking anything regarding NIJ classification).
