Reserve Recruitment Time

I'm just curious how long the recruitment process is for a reservist.

I Have done my aptitude, medical, and interview. Got my eyes tested like they requested, and am about to hand in my Gr. 10 transcripts.

How long do you think the whole process will take?

I as well am applying reserve in Alberta
my app went in in may
i had medical/interview/physical testing done this week
still waiting ;D
i know of people on this board in the same boat as me timeline wise whom havent had a call for a cfat yet so it depends

If you have a look around this place you can find lots of info on timelines...general concensus, be patient and then when you think youve had enough be even more patient!!!

it will happen eventually and if youve had testing done already than your closer than most

The short answer is - it depends. 

It depends on:
-what priorities the CFRC is currently working on
-the number of staff that are posted out or on leave or on tasking
-any issues with the file, etc

Since you had to have your eyes tested, there may be a 3 week to 3 month wait while the medical is reviewed .
