OTTAWA, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Canada's military forces are spread too thin to maintain current operations and also staff the upcoming Winter Olympics, the Toronto Star reported Tuesday.

Excellent report.  This should allow us to start increasing the overall size of our forces, bringing all MOCs up to PML, begin the process to procure more weapons, equipment and infrastructure, and...
