Question for anyone at CSOR or JTF 2

I know the obvious answer would be yes, but I am wondering if getting an operational tour as an Artillery Officer before trying out for CSOR or JTF 2 would be a big plus, and give me skills to make selection a little easier.  Thank you.

Well I am not there but I do know from info sessions that, is it a plus YES does it matter that much no....

I can fully attest that I know of people both NCM and Officer who have gone to those units without operational tours and have not only finished Selection but also been picked up.

Guess that might not really help you. Best advice I can give is you might as well try out, you could make it but you wont know for sure if you don't try right.
