Presedential citation

Hi every one. I was at a freinds house yesterday and he was telling me about his father. He was in 2 PPCLI in Korea. He was in the famous battle. Hes getting his medals framed but he wants a the citation to go in with it. Does anyone know where i could get one for him. thanks

Wow didnt know that. I looked in there i must be blind because i cant find it ive looked under everything and regimental accoutrements and collectables about 5 times.

I don‘t believe that the Edmonton kitshop sells them, as the Presidential Unit Citation is only worn in 2 PPCLI.

I would suggest that you call the phone number at the link to the 2 PPCLI (Winnipeg) website. They should be able to help you.

If not, you can often find them at militaria stores (sometimes online), or on ebay.

I know they have them in a blue cloth with a nice gold trim around them. I think the one‘s I saw are the ones worn on the scarlets which are slightly different from the ones on the standard DEU. I doubt that the kitshop does internet orders but I may be wrong, after all I only need to walk down the road.
