Just requested my physiotherapy report from my base and ... shocker. All kinds of 'non compliant, failed to re-book, D/C for noncompliance/non- attendance'.
Needless to say: all BS. But too late for me. I cannot correct it now. They were not re-booking, not available, not helpfull, not returning calls, etc.
Can i prove it? NO. I dropped a ball. For people still in CAF: check your records (frequently)! This will mess up any claims with VAC when you deal with them.
