Hi, Im 16 and have my Physical Fitness test on Wednesday. Do I need a parent to come with me? Or they can just drop me off and leave? I have the consent form signed

You only need the consent form signed. I'm 17 and I went with only the parental consent in April.

It's usually a good idea to have your parent or guardian go with you the first time just in case they want proof of who signed the forms.  After that, there should no longer be a requirement.
